Customer Marketing is a new team at Teachable, an evolved scope from the previous Product Marketing team, that plays a critical role in connecting customer insight, product adoption, and business outcomes. Our team leans toward go-to-market and post-launch impact, owning positioning, messaging, enablement, and adoption, working closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure solutions land, stick, and scale. This role sits within that team and is focused specifically on understanding our customers deeply and helping them succeed with our products over time.
We're hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to put the customer at the center of how we drive adoption and growth. This role is built around a simple loop: go deep with customers to uncover their real stories, partner with Product to shape and validate those stories, and then turn them into enablement that Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales can use to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
This person will lead structured customer interviews, feedback loops, and voice-of-customer research, to identify the moments where customers get the most value from our products. Working closely with Product, they'll turn those moments into credible, success stories and proof points that reflect how customers actually use and benefit from what we build.
From there, this role owns translating those stories into practical enablement: case studies, adoption plays, lifecycle content, and sales-ready assets, in close partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, so every team has what it needs to help customers adopt, stay, and grow with us.
