As a Sr. Engineering Manager on the Service Platform team, you will build infra components and systems that allow product facing engineering teams to build large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. This encompasses high availability, low latency ingress infra for all incoming traffic (routing, load balancing, authorization), service to service communication and general purpose framework components for building reliable services at Databricks.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
