  • Contribute to COE transformation initiatives including process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure consistent application of methodologies, reporting structures, and financial governance.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead a regional COE Finance team responsible for planning, reporting, and analysis across all revenue and key cost areas.
  • Develop team capabilities, provide coaching, and drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding, stabilization, and change management activities related to the ongoing expansion of the FP&A COE.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong understanding of full P&L structure, revenue drivers, and content‑related finance.
  • Experience in consolidation, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI and planning tools is an advantage.
