OT Lead West Balkans
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading, monitoring, and regularly analyzing sales and installation activities in the region
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in collaboration with the OA Sales Lead
  • Overseeing the entire customer experience and leading the team to ensure daily customer satisfaction
  • Managing the Field Operations Managers/Supervisors to monitor installation processes and ensure timely and high-quality completions
  • Full P&L responsibility, including monitoring the region’s financial performance and forecasting
  • Regular analysis of efficiency and productivity, initiating improvement measures / OPXL projects
  • Leading and supporting sales specialists in the bidding process, including technical feasibility checks and solution development
  • Supporting the technical execution of special and large-scale new equipment projects
  • Collaborating with Delivery Operations to improve processes and resource management
  • Workforce planning and conducting employee and salary discussions
  • Conducting safety, quality, and management audits
  • Obtaining and negotiating offers with subcontractors
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
  • Managing escalations in customer complaints in collaboration with OA and OU leadership
  • Regular reporting to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Role-modeling the Otis Absolutes and leadership behaviors

Profile

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in (technical) sales and/or project management, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of elevators and escalators, as well as quality standards processes
  • A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
  • Inspiring leader with a natural team-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and quick decision-making ability
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on technical solution finding
  • Strong presence and persuasive demeanor
  • Ability to clearly communicate between technical and sales teams
  • Experience in people management, coaching, and mentoring
  • Experience in resource management, process improvement, and service quality
  • Technical understanding and confident use of digital tools for process optimization
  • Hands-on mentality and high level of independence
