Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their system or application issues. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve their issues. - Interpret client issues and design appropriate resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. - Continuously enhance your product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest developments. - Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or risks to the appropriate stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dynatrace Administration. - Strong understanding of system monitoring principles and best practices. - Familiarity with various enterprise systems monitoring tools and their functionalities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A BE degree is required.
