Job Description

We are looking for an Agentic AI Junior Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows. The role requires the ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver streamlined AI and RPA solutions. You will support process improvement initiatives, post-deployment activities, and continuously enhance automation performance through troubleshooting and optimization.

You will report to the Smart Automation Delivery & Maintenance Team Leader and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions; analyze complex requirements and define efficient, scalable automation approaches.
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to proposals for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work with selected automation tools to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automations.
  • Propose enhancements to the Digital Workforce using Smart Automation solutions and techniques.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Process Owners, Finance and Business Sponsors, Technology, Architecture, and other supporting teams.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism, including development and maintenance of automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of automation best practices, process assessment, and the automation lifecycle.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to write simple queries.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and integration with RPA solutions.
  • Completed official Blue Prism Developer training.
  • Bachelor's degree.
