Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating and implementing technical solutions that address complex engineering challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position also involves managing project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering and construction projects while balancing cost considerations. Collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders are essential to align project objectives and maintain smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse engineering expertise into cohesive solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes and methodologies across multiple disciplines.
- Experience in managing and customizing product lifecycle management software to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with software tools and platforms used in engineering design, configuration, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
