Job Title: Director Fraud (multiple openings)

Duties: Coaching and developing a team of high performing talent to succeed in their current roles and their careers at Discover. Identifies and leverages new and existing data sources and builds new features that enable implementation of enhanced strategies. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Up to 10% domestic travel required.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered, finance manager, risk or analytics manager related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered, finance manager, risk or analytics manager related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires: utilizing statistical methodologies, including segmentation, predictive analysis, and econometrics principles; utilizing technologies, including SAS, Teradata, UNIX, and SQL; performing analytics and reporting in order to provide strategy design, evaluation, and testing.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $196,123 to $270,300. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
