We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse to provide exceptional care during the ante-, intra-, and post-partum periods. If you are passionate about maternal health and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation), ensuring individualized, evidence-based practices.

  • Critical Thinking: Use strong critical thinking skills to manage complex patient situations and deliver safe, effective care.

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and perform pre-procedure safety checks, adhering to organizational policies.

  • Patient Engagement: Collaborate with patients and their families to set goals and provide ongoing education.

  • Quality & Safety: Ensure patient safety by verifying identities, complying with protocols, and completing necessary documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to meet departmental needs.

  • Complete ongoing professional education and competency assessments.

  • Mentor and precept fellow nurses and students, fostering a supportive work environment.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

  • Participate in quality assurance and maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.

Patient Education:

  • Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-procedure instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.

  • Licensure: Current RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact) and required certifications (BLS, NRP).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in maternity nursing or related field.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a focus on customer service.

  • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and respond calmly in emergencies.

  • Excellent time management and analytical skills.
