By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. During the first six months, you will be required to work on-site at our office in Bucharest. After this period, you will transition to a hybrid model, or you may work remotely if you are based in another location within Romania.

How you’ll make an impact:

As an HR Delivery Operations Lead, you will supervise a team responsible for delivery, process, and business operations, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and team development.

• Lead daily team operations, manage workloads, make work assignments, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for issue resolution and client escalations.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients within your area of responsibility.

• Make operational decisions related to workload, staffing, scheduling, and equipment, adjusting hours as needed to meet deadlines.

• Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and service level agreements.

• Develop team support materials, including training manuals, role aids, and database views.

• Prepare and analyze complex reports, providing insights and recommendations.

• Identify, document, and implement opportunities for process, procedure, and standards improvements to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Act as a point of contact for senior client representatives and collaborate with project managers on complex projects, including planning timelines and overtime requirements.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Strong German & English written and verbal communication skills;

• At least 5-7 years of experience in an HR Team Leader role or in a related field;

• Bachelor's degree;

• Proven experience managing and developing teams, driving performance and engagement;

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;

• Ability to function effectively as a team member and organize work activities for others on the team;

• Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients;

• Ability to develop /analyze/interpret data, rationale for alternative solutions to problems and take appropriate actions.
