Do work that matters:

The role of Platform Engineers is to Design, Build, Run & Evolve tools, infrastructure, templates and capabilities that our other engineers use to deliver business value, and to write code that automates running our infrastructure and environments. Collaboratively work with customer facing product engineers to design, build and run ‘platforms’ that they can use to deliver customer value at greater quality, velocity, and safety.  Help to make our platforms loved by our engineers!   We are keen hear from platform engineers who are passionate about infrastructure as code and software eating the world!

  • As a Platform Engineer are familiar with the Full Cycle model, where engineers are involved in Design, Build, Challenge and Run

Requirements of the role:

  • Contribute to design, development and maintenance of a highly secure Apple macOS SOE solution with focus on cloud-native principles using Entra ID, Intune, Jamf Pro/Jamf Cloud managed, and Apple macOS
  • Ability to break down infrastructure projects into user-centric deployable features that are aligned to sprint goals
  • Strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve macOS issues to ensure stability and optimal experience our Engineers
  • Strong technical design, configuration and procedural documentation for reference and knowledge sharing

Tech Skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;  

  • Proven experience as macOS Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Experience in end-user-compute technology landscape including Entra ID, Intune, Jamf Pro/Jamf Cloud, Apple macOS
  • Have worked with or working knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (git, GitHub Actions)
  • Python, Bash, & PowerShell scripting skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms are an advantage
