Your mission:

• Identify, develop, and close sales of our innovative manual and industrial bakery machines across Europe.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners through regular visits and demonstrations.
• Understand the unique needs of industrial bakery clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Negotiate profitable contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen our position in the bakery industry.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and sales forecasts to meet and exceed targets.

What we’re looking for:

• A technical or commercial background with experience selling technical products.
• Experience or interest in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage and motivate a network of sales agents.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German skills are a plus.
• Independent, flexible, precise, and excellent communicator.
