Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for processing order flow: from reviewing, correcting and entering orders to archiving them. These orders come from both internal and external customers. In this role you work together with various departmentss, locally and abroad.

Your role:

• Processing and checking incoming orders including entering them into SAP
• Resolving errors, discrepancies and situations that may delay the order process
• Regular communication with customers and providing information on the status of orders
• Working closely with internal teams (sales, planning, logistics) to ensure the smooth running of orders
• Administration related to orders - confirmation, filing, documentation work

Your profile:

• BS or BA degree in relevant field (commercial, economics, or technical)
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English (second language French or Spanish is welcome)
• ERP administration (SAP) is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
• Experience in customer relationship management, effective communication and working in an international team
