Hadrian — Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies make rockets, jets, and satellites 10x faster and 2x cheaper. Our CEO, Chris Power, discusses the importance of what we're building in this video.

We are a lean but mighty team (and growing!) people that are passionate about building critical infrastructure to support the nation and the advancement of humanity.

To support our ambitious vision, we have raised > $200M from Lux Capital, A16Z, Founders Fund, Construct Capital, Caffeinated Capital, and more.

Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our manufacturing processes and our valued customers during the go-to-market phase of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, understanding customer requirements, and implementing manufacturing solutions that exceed expectations.

At Hadrian, GTM Manufacturing Engineers are the lynchpin between our Sales and Operations team. Our mission is to serve our customers on both prototyping as well as production operations.

The goal of this role is two-fold :

(1) Build trust-based relationships with the supply chain professionals and engineers within the programs we work with. More than a supplier, we ambition to be a strategic partner that influences design decisions as the programs mature and rate increases.

(2) Support Operations to build the necessary process to support the unique specificities of each program when we introduce a new product in our system. This is especially important for things like post-processing and compliance. Over time, you will be responsible for the automation of special processes.
Compensation and Benefits

For this role, the target salary range is $90,000 - $130,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus (this will TBD by your manager and leadership), if you successfully meet your quarterly targets for the year.

This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

In addition to salary and equity, we offer:
• 100% coverage of platinum medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
• 401k
• Relocation stipend if you’re moving from outside of LA
• Flexible vacation policy
