Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for PT. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support CFO, FP&A leader and Net Income & Cash leader in the planning, analysis, reporting and communication of Cash results monthly/ quarterly.

  • Maintain pacing & forecast data submissions to both Region, ESY HQ & GEV HQ

  • Perform transaction register and trial balance analysis and reconciliations

  • Use SAP/ FCC/Tableau/other tools & excel to perform data analytics & ad-hoc projects

  • Own data collection efforts for specific ad hoc project deliverables (ie. Business reviews, LMC, weekly cash flow reporting, IBS/Non-IBS reporting & PC/CA reporting.

  • Bring visibility to Interco transactions with GSI/GA (billing and Cash InterCo reconciliation).

  • Preparation cash flow analysis & understanding movements and drivers vPQ/ vPY

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities & explain variance and drivers

  • Participate and drive all standard work and lean initiatives to simplify and automate work

  • Comply with necessary regulations in the reporting process using knowledge of applicable GEV GAP requirements

Required Qualifications

  • PT Noida CoE prior experience

  • Deep knowledge in SAP, Oracle reporting Essbase, FCC, Excel, Tableau

  • FP&A/cash Finance experience &Deep understanding of intercompany process

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills & Analytical mindset, problem solving

  • 7+ years of experience in Finance/ FP&A/ projects accounting preferred
