RingCentral wants to expand and scale its already well-established Enterprise Sales team focusing on Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 accounts globally.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a proven Account Director with experience and proven success selling into the Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 accounts in the Retail and Manufacturing vertical.
Job Duties:
Driving new revenue through customer acquisition for named accounts. Consistently strike / exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.
Technology field sales - greenfield space leveraging remote resources (engineering, marketing, business development, etc).
Partnering with the System Integrators, consultants and Strategic Partners to effectively identify, engage and deliver new customers.
Owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting - owning GTM for respective patch.
Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
Desired Qualifications:
10 + years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony).
Experience and proven success selling into the Retail and Manufacturing vertical.
Experience in partnering with Global System Integrators, Consultants and companies such as AWS and Salesforce.
Demonstrated sales record of obtaining / exceeding quota.
Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process.
Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring net new logos. In addition to a well established partner and customer network.
Must have a proven track record of success selling into F1000 & G2000 Accounts.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
Entrepreneurial flare - ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
BS degree or equivalent military and/or working experience

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $300,000 and $356,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
