Job Title: Membership Coordinator

Job Description:

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of membership recruitment, retention, and engagement within the club. This role involves providing excellent customer service to current and prospective members, coordinating membership processes, and supporting the club’s community-building initiatives. The Membership Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring members have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new member recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
  • Coordinate membership renewals, cancellations, and updates
  • Plan and execute membership engagement events and activities
  • Promote membership benefits and club programs through various channels
  • Collaborate with staff and leadership to develop retention strategies
  • Monitor membership trends and provide reports to management
  • Support the development of marketing materials to attract new members
  • Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures related to memberships
