  • Professional Services: Leveraging our extensive industry knowledge, expertise, and capabilities, Everlink’s Professional Services Team partners with our clients to navigate the ever-changing payments landscape, ensuring their technology capabilities remain relevant.
  • Retail Solutions, enabling Card Present Point-of-Sale Acquisition, including Interac® eCommerce, via dedicated Host-to-Host Payment Gateways for Payment Service Providers, FinTechs, and Credit Unions.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate brings strong results orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex project problems. The demonstrated strength to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines lead a multi-discipline team through the planning, analysis, software development and implementation phases of the various projects, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork is a requirement for this position.

  • As an effective leader, you will manage the project team activities, ensuring superior delivery within the established budget, objectives, and schedule.
  • Creates project plans, maintains project objectives, reports on project progress, and offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
  • Implements change practices.
  • Leads meetings and sets expectations for the project team.
  • Identifies and resolves issues and risks.
  • Manages resources to ensure the schedule is on track.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.  PMP certification would be an asset.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Proven Leadership skills, Microsoft Project, PMI Certification, and Project Methodology Tools
  • Experience in payment networks (Visa, MasterCard and Interac)
  • Proven success in large enterprise development/deployment in the banking/financial industry
  • Financial/Budget Management: must be familiar with all aspects of budget/metrics to maintain project budget

  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork, and ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexities, priorities and timelines
