The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is the visionary architect of Watkins Wellness’ market growth and brand evolution. As a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CCO integrates sales, marketing, and customer experience into a unified engine that drives sustainable revenue. GLOBAL SALES LEADERSHIP & REVENUE GROWTH
Direct worldwide sales operations to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction objectives across all domestic and international markets.
Oversee the development of global sales forecasts, budgets, operating plans, and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy, accountability, and achievement of KPIs.
Implement scalable, data‑driven sales processes and commercial best practices that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and sales execution discipline.
Strengthen channel strategies, distributor relationships, dealer performance, and key account development programs to maximize global reach and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, including training, tools, and customer relationship management systems.
Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key industry partners, distributors, major accounts, and global customers to drive long‑term growth.
Support major customer negotiations, high‑value partnerships, and enterprise‑level commercial agreements.
MARKETING STRATEGY, BRAND LEADERSHIP & MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Provide executive oversight for global marketing, brand strategy, product positioning, and integrated marketing communications.
Approve and guide all major marketing initiatives, including digital transformation, brand architecture, advertising campaigns, promotional programs, and customer experience enhancements.
Ensure that marketing programs reflect a deep understanding of customer needs, behavioral insights, and industry trends.
Oversee the development of annual marketing plans, ensuring strategic alignment with product roadmaps, operational capabilities, and financial targets.
Enhance global brand equity by driving consistent brand messaging, visual identity standards, and marketing governance across all locations.
Champion customer‑centric strategies that elevate the customer experience, deepen loyalty, and strengthen brand perception globally.
MARKET EXPANSION
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new global market opportunities to support long‑term corporate growth.
Lead the strategic assessment of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures that strengthen market presence and enhance competitive advantage.
Oversee the creation of compelling business cases and financial models that support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions and market entry strategies.
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, R&D, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives and commercialization strategies.
ENTERPRISE COLLABORATION & EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION
Regularly present strategic updates, business performance insights, commercial forecasts, and market intelligence to the President, Senior Management Team, and Masco Executive Team.
Strengthen cross‑functional alignment by fostering collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, People and Culture and Customer Experience teams.
Represent the company at industry conferences, board meetings, partner events, and executive‑level customer engagements, serving as a senior ambassador for the brand.
ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP, PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT & CULTURE
Lead and mentor a global Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience team of Senior Leaders
Foster a high‑performance culture centered on accountability, operational excellence, collaboration, innovation, and the values of the Watkins Way.
Ensure clear role definition, organizational design, and streamlined operating structures that support agility and operational effectiveness across global markets.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and equitable development opportunities within the Sales and Marketing organization.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration) from four-year College or university with MBA preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible sales and marketing management experience preferably in the consumer products field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge and experience of good business practices and strategic planning.
