Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the project forward while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to materials management and supply chain workflows.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
- Skilled in documenting functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams for solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
