Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Hands-on experience with integration technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
