Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local codes.

  • Manage the punch list, warranty, and closeout process to ensure a smooth homeowner or ownership handoff.

  • Coordinate third-party inspections, energy code compliance, and other required municipal or lender inspections.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project cost-tracking tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under deadline pressure.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple active jobsites.

Qualifications Preferred

  • OSHA 30 certification.

  • Prior experience managing subcontractor buyout and negotiating trade contracts directly.

  • Familiarity with local municipal permitting and inspection processes across Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties.
