**Sr Systems Analyst**
**US-Remote**
**Overview**
The primary purpose of this role is responsibility for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. The Sr Systems Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing support for client operations, ongoing development, and maintenance activities. This role is part of the Global Hosting & Operations function within the Systems Analyst job family.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinates product activities across architecture, engineering, support, development, and the client (as appropriate) to ensure service levels are met.
- Coordinates and drives compliance with change control policies and processes across all products.
- Participates in product maintenance activities.
- Provides production support for internal and client use of the product.
- Facilitates client case management across functional teams for the product.
- Performs technical application configuration and configures/runs reports at user request.
- Researches product behavior and interacts with Business Analysts during the software build or configuration and testing process.
- Designs and/or executes unit, system, and integration test plans for new developments/releases/reports.
- Maintains technical documentation based on standard operating procedures in support of the assigned application and/or client account.
- Identifies the common causes of defects, prioritizes them, and systematically removes them.
- Coordinates maintenance events.
- Leads the process of proposing solutions to client requirements/problems, identifying dependencies, and communicating the risks.
- Leads the account delivery for a workstream - clinical, custom services, integration.
**Qualifications**
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
**Experience**
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience (Preferred)
- 5-10 years of extensive experience in technical support, analysis, project management, or related functions (Required)
**Travel Requirements**
- Up to 10% travel may be required
**Working Arrangements**
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
- Primarily works in a standard office environment or remotely
- May require after-hours, on-call support, and/or holidays
- On-call and after-hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs
