Senior Analyst Business Applications -Vascular Customer Service
This position works out of Temecula office in the Vascular division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
What You’ll Work On
The primary purpose of the Senior Analyst is to support Customer Service and Commercial functions by development and implementation of systems and processes, along with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data critical to the Vascular business. This position plays a key role in providing actionable insights to inform decision-making for various internal stakeholders, such as customer service, sales, marketing, and supply chain. The Senior Analyst is responsible for liaison between the business and cross functional teams to develop and enhance business tools and processes, and helping to ensure that data-driven recommendations optimize business performance.
Main responsibilities
Understand the business environment and relate knowledge of internal and external activities to uncover trends, actionable insights, process, and system improvements to support the commercial teams.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new systems/analytical tools, and implement them within current business processes. Identify areas of improvement and provide solutions to enhance customer service, efficiency, and accuracy.
Liaise with IT and other cross functional teams to maintain and support business systems and processes.
Lead/participate in project teams to design and implement process/system solutions.
Develop and maintain solutions, including dashboards and reporting systems for commercial stakeholders
Supports end-users in the day-to-day application of systems and implement solutions to issues including training, process updates, documentation, system break fix or enhancements.
Establishes and cultivates an extensive network of support to facilitate completion of assignments. May interact with Vendors.
Participates in the development of less experienced staff by setting an example, providing guidance, and offering counsel.
Initiates/maintains work schedule and plans non-routine tasks with approval.
Exercises judgement in selecting innovative, practical methods to achieve problem resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience. Understanding of commercial functional area preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge:
Solid understanding and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
Will perform job in a quality system environment.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and innovative thought.
Project management experience.
Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of advanced analytical tools and some experience with code development, data modelling and transformation preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization principles, reporting tools, and the ability to create dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights.

The base pay for this position is
$75,300.00 – $150,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
