Role Definition
Provides support for dealer specific product or service development.
Responsibilities
Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support.
Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.
Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.
Qualifications / Experience:
Proven experience (4-5 years minimum) In project management, service and/or parts operations, governance and stakeholder management in industries such as Construction, Mining, Energy, Marine, Oil and Gas specifically in Africa and the Middle East. A completed university degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field. Must be proficient in French and English. Arabic is a plus.
