What You'll Bring:
- Program/Project Management qualification such as APM, PMI, MSP, Prince2.
- Project management experience.
- Proven ability to deliver organizational and process change, ideally across international regions.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- Advanced English Level

Impact You'll Make:
The main purpose of the Project Manager is to plan, organize and lead multiple business change projects delivering them to time, cost and quality tolerances within the TU project management framework; engage the relevant stakeholders and project resources, ensure accurate reporting, and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
Projects may cover multiple international regions and may include global projects and deployments across the TU enterprise.
Core Duties / Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sponsors, 3rd parties, suppliers, internal stakeholders, the wider business and operational teams to understand their requirements, developing effective working relationships and on-going management processes for the projects and service delivery.
- Be seen as the leader of the Program, representing the best interests of the Sponsor at various governance and prioritization meetings.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the program or project.
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross functional international teams assigned to the project.
- Creation and management of plans, resource schedules and financial reports; with a focus on creating realistic schedules.
- Prepare project communications to keep stakeholders up to date with progress.
- Evaluate risks and develop strategies to overcome project obstacles.
- Identify and implement appropriate quality standards to ensure project quality.
- Ensure the project knowledgebase is captured, current and stored appropriately.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Manage requests for change, ensuring that implications on timelines, cost and scope are clearly articulated.
- Ensure post-project reviews take place and feedback loop followed.
- Follow the TU delivery governance framework, taking into consideration any data, regulatory and compliance considerations.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
