You will be joining a team that is building tools or our Members. Our ambition is to support our membership by providing industry leading tools that will enable their agents to deeply connect with their clients and spend less time researching and booking.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, our Intern will help us improve our technical platforms and has a passion for finding new and innovative ways to get the job done.
 
You will have lots of opportunities to learn about the travel industry, and the departments that drive it’s success. This includes Operations, Member Relations, Data and IT. All incumbents will receive dedicated training and support from our team
 
Responsibilities:
• Work as a team member with other technical staff, to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
• Work with the team to scope, develop, test and deliver front-end components and user-facing features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of backend code
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Assist with administration on our Member Portal, creating users, trouble shooting
• Assisting with the maintenance of member lists in Excel
 
Bonus Qualifications:
• Database experience with a structured query language
• Any experience with Microsoft .NET technology stack
• Any experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind
