SailPoint IdentityIQ Technical Program Manager - Vice President

The CISO Identity Management Engineering team is a high performing Cyber Security Engineering Task Force responsible for building the automated solutions utilized for user access provisioning/de-provisioning globally. Additionally, the team is responsible for building and maintaining the solutions for managing fine-grained entitlements, from systems across the bank. This function involves a Shift-Left approach to security development, which means secure development practices come first and foremost and not as an afterthought; we are not only security evangelists to teams across the bank, but we have a hard focus on delivering solutions that reduce friction from a business perspective. We pride ourselves in developing processes and solutions that are secure, efficient and intuitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple team engagements at any given time. Engagements include members from multiple business partner teams across the globe
  • Function as the primary point of contact for any issues and must be comfortable delegating and directing team members in performing tasks.
  • Manage and report on the tasks involved in every effort, while maintaining effort specifics/status in JIRA.
  • Ensure projects follow security and compliance rules and regulations.
  • Think on your feet, question any thing that does not make sense, think about process improvement
  • Try new things, experiment
     

Qualifications:

  • 10-14 years of relevant experience in an account lead / program manager role
  • Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
  • Project Management experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in easy to digest every day language.
  • Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Proficient with business applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Splunk
  • Proviciency with engineering work effort tracking and documentation tools: JIRA and Confluence.
     

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
