Possesses intense knowledge of the entire title management process including mail and document handling, Title Follow-up, Release, Relocations, Duplicates, etc. Handles account issues/research, lead, trainer, analyst

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to handle all job duties and responsibilities of CSR I and CSR II
  • Document procedures and assist managers with reporting and activity in various areas of title
  • Research and resolve difficult account and title issues within the full title management scope (releases, pulls, corrections, duplicates, etc)
  • Sales, Simply ELT client boarding and state ELT enrollments
  • Work exception accounts and reporting, determine root cause and take appropriate actions for resolution based off of client/scenario/timing
  • Identify and provide solutions for system or process issues and suggest improvements and eliminate errors
  • Identify trends in current work flow and foresee potential issues
  • Escalates exceptions and issues to supervisor/lead/IT
  • Train, advise and direct processes as required
  • Coordinates activities of flow ensuring SLA’s are met
  • Stay informed on DMV processes, procedures and happenings
  • Pinch hits for supervisor

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • High school diploma
  • AA degree or higher preferred.  Experience in industry can be substitute
  • 3-5 years’ related experience (Preferred)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field’s policies, procedures and practices
