Compensation:
$77,968.80 Annually

Lead person assigned to the dismantling department to ensure processes are followed and customer-specified work is completed according to the schedule.

Essential Job Duties

• Primarily lead the day-to-day dismantling processes to make sure they are completed for the assigned department.

• Coordinate with management to ensure there are sufficient resources to meet the customer demands.

• Abide by the Company Policies such as attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc. 

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of others, including planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training staff and overseeing productivity. May offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments, but do not have final responsibility for making these decisions

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma and/or G.E.D.

Preferred Qualifications 

• ASE certifications are a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Supervisory and parts knowledge, communication skills, complete computer work and close vision work. 

• Attention to detail.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Must be able to handle fast-paced environment. 

• Requires standing, walking, use of hands and arms to reach. 

• Regularly balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions with frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions. 

• Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds without assistance and above that with assistance.
