岗位职责：核心围绕协助总代部门自营和PD业务销售人员开展全流程业务跟进支持工作，保障渠道运营顺畅，销售工作高效落地，助力业绩目标达成与品牌线下渗透，具体职责如下：

1：品牌线下落地：联动市场部，落地罗技品牌线下推广活动（如线下促销活动设计、电竞赛事联动、品牌终端形象改造等），强化品牌调性，提升品牌在当地线下市场的知名度、影响力，提升销售产出，加强客户粘性；

2：团队协同与执行：配合公司销售、市场、产品等部门，落实线下营销政策、新品上市计划，统筹城市内线下推广资源；协助搭建城市线下执行团队（若有），开展业务培训与指导，确保各项工作高效落地；

3：数据跟踪与复盘：跟踪自营及PD线下渠道销售数据、活动执行数据、库存数据，定期进行业务复盘，分析问题、总结经验，优化销售策略与渠道运营方案，提升线下业务运营效率与盈利能力；熟练使用CRM等工具，做好数据录入与管理。

4：支持与赋能：负责总代项目费用规划、核销等支持
