We are seeking an experienced professional to lead J2C transformation programs for the Data&AI area of credit institutions, driving operational efficiency and strategic value creation. This role will spearhead transformation initiatives leveraging Artificial Intelligence to modernize information systems and deliver measurable impact across financial institutions.
You will work closely with top Iberia clients, shaping their Data and AI Strategy, implementing new data & analytics architectures, and bringing innovative offerings to accelerate their digitalization journey.
Your work: In the Iberia market unit, you will work for our top clients, developing their Data and AI strategy, bringing new offerings and opportunities to grow our applied intelligence business.
Your role: What responsibilities will you have?
Lead end-to-end transformation programs for information systems within banking environments.
Define and execute strategies that enhance operational efficiency and create strategic value.
Drive transformation through advanced technologies, including AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Combine team management, technical oversight, and leadership in commercial proposals for Data & AI initiatives.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (Data, Risk, Finance Directors) to communicate complex results and influence decision-making.
Develop comprehensive Transformation Program Plans, including:
Initiatives and estimated efficiencies
Future Technology Map
Change Management Plan
Benchmark industry strategies and incorporate best practices into transformation roadmaps.
Ensure robust Data Governance and Data Management frameworks throughout the program lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's or MBA degree.
Proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral).
Minimum of 6–7 years in transformation programs for information systems within financial institutions.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strategic Thinking, Proactivity, and Curiosity.
Strategical Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategies, benchmark industry practices, and create future technology roadmaps.
Ability to understand the new digital challenges, understand industrial & business context, and develop strategic solutions regarding Data&AI, including Generative AI.
Support data scientists in transforming analytical outcomes into business insights.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI. Experience in Data Governance and Data Management.
Proven hands-on experience applying JC2 and/or transforming banking information systems.
Strong knowledge of credit institution operations (Risk, Finance, Accounting) and their integration into information systems.
Experience developing comprehensive Transformation Program Plans, including Future Technology Map and Change Management Plans.
Data Ethics: In-depth understanding of ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
