The Regional Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the overall customer order fulfillment within their respective region. The Regional Supply Chain Manager will be knowledgeable and proficient in key areas of Supply Chain Management including; Order Management, SI&OP, Scheduling, & Inventory Management, and will be accountable for driving success and continuous improvement across their team.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities

•    Lead and coach 8-12 Customer Service Representatives and Fulfillment Specialists to create a high performing team
•    Ability to handle average 5 strategic customers as a single point of contact
•    Employs system metrics to measure regional customer service performance. Analyze data to make decisions
•    Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and NPS
•    Act as a point of contact for any escalations within their respective region. Resolve major supply issues quickly and proactively as they arise
•    Oversee production scheduling activities to ensure product availability within appropriate inventory targets
•    Lead regularly scheduled calls with key customers to communicate current inventory position and upcoming production schedule
•    Oversee all SI&OP strategic planning activities across region. Manage capacity planning process
•    Lead and optimize operations inventory management process

Required Education and Experience 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 
•    ERP Experience (JDE experience preferred)
•    Solid Change Management Experience5+ years experience in supply chain management or related field
•    3-5 years experience of leading and managing teams 
•    Detail oriented and excellent organizational and analytical skills.
•    Great communication skills
•    Proficient user of MS-Office Suite (Excel – Intermediate level, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, SQL)
Preferred Education and Experience:
•    Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing experience
•    CRM Knowledge
•    Prior Customer Management (B2B) Experience 
•    Business Objects knowledge
•    Plastics or packaging industry experience
•    APICS certification
•    Demand Planning
•    WMS experience
