Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications perform efficiently and effectively. Collaboration with team members and other departments to integrate different components and troubleshoot issues is a key part of your daily activities. You will also focus on optimizing application performance and maintaining the quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
- Experience with application development frameworks and libraries related to Python.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and deploying applications in various environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
