What would you do? the People Champion is responsible for fostering a positive and productive environment for employees, supporting their development, ensuring employee well-being, and bridging communication between agents and management. They play an integral role in creating a workplace where agents feel supported, valued, and motivated to perform at their best.

Roles and Responsibilities: Employee Engagement and Well-being: • Monitor agent morale: Regularly check on agents' job satisfaction, morale, and general well-being. • Promote work-life balance: Advocate for practices that help agents maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. • Create a positive work culture: Foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment in office. • Conflict resolution: Act as a mediator for resolving disputes or misunderstandings between employees. • Laise with HR/Payroll for salary related issues arising due to LOA, etc. Coaching and Development, • Career progression: Help agents develop career paths and growth opportunities within the organization. • Provide ongoing coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to agents to improve performance and support their professional development. Communication and Advocacy: • Act as a liaison: Serve as a link between employees and management, communicating employee concerns, feedback, and suggestions to leadership. • Employee surveys and feedback: Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from agents on their experiences and use this data to influence decisions. • Promote company values: Champion the organization’s core values and ensure they are reflected in the daily work and interactions of agents. Wellness and Support Programs: • Implement wellness initiatives: Introduce and promote wellness programs to help reduce stress and prevent burnout among agents. • Employee assistance programs (EAP): Inform and encourage agents to make use of available mental health and wellness resources. Change Management, • Support organizational change: Help agents adapt to changes in processes, technologies, or shifts in business strategy by providing guidance and support. • Promote a growth mindset: Encourage employees to embrace change and see it as an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Team Building and Motivation along with Engagement Team: • Foster teamwork: Organize team-building activities or events to build camaraderie and improve team cohesion. • Celebrate success: Acknowledge and celebrate individual and team achievements, whether through formal awards (Town Halls) or informal recognition. • Create an engaging environment by having Fun & Games @ Work Compliance and Policy Adherence: • Ensure compliance: Ensure agents follow company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to work practices, including labour laws and health and safety guidelines. • Promote ethical behaviour: Encourage a high standard of ethical behaviour among all agents, ensuring the organization’s values are upheld.
