Job Description: As the Dream Home - Program Advisor (Campaign Manager), you will be responsible for the strategy creation, management, and implementation of our Dream Home program. This role requires proactive monitoring, management, and mitigation of brand, legal, and financial risks in a unique and complex regulatory landscape, where each market is regulated at the state or county level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Dream Home market strategies in collaboration with program and territory management.
  • Proactively monitor and mitigate brand, legal, and financial risks.
  • Conduct research, manage recruitment, and cultivate key external and internal relationships.
  • Drive fiscal responsibility through interconnected national and multi-market stakeholders.
  • Create and achieve budgeted projections for 4-7 high-revenue generating campaigns annually, raising $4-7 million cumulatively.
  • Collaborate with territory staff, construction, and media partners to ensure adherence to program standards and policies.
  • Optimize cost containment opportunities through local, regional, and national sponsorships.
  • Focus on continuous improvement through performance metrics analysis, test and learn opportunities, and post-delivery evaluation.
  • Conduct and evaluate data and analytics of campaigns to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Essential Functions:

Work with program and territory management to create, manage, and execute Dream Home market strategies. Cultivate relationships with high-value partners, including board members, executives in building and land development, media industry leaders, volunteers, and major prize sponsors. Manage day-to-day program aspects and train territory staff on measurable strategies and program priorities. Achieve budgeted projections for multiple campaigns, maintaining budgeted cost ratios. Research and negotiate donated or discounted land options for Dream Home locations. Monitor cost containment through analysis of construction invoices and manage relationships with Dream Home builders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, event planning, sales, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of fundraising and public relations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Residential or commercial construction knowledge preferred.
