Motorola Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Summer Intern to join our Inbound Sales team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment, supporting our efforts to connect with potential customers and understand their needs.
Job Responsibilities
As a 2026 Summer Intern - Inbound Sales Representative, you will:
Assist the Inbound Sales team in responding to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and web forms.
Learn and apply sales techniques to qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Document customer interactions and update CRM records accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with senior sales representatives to understand sales processes and strategies.
Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Conduct basic research on customer needs and industry trends to inform sales approaches.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Inbound Sales Manager.
Job Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn about sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service or sales experience (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus, but not required.

Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date on or after December 2026
