Job Description:

Job Summary:

The individual manages COD Overages & Shortages collected by the drivers and assists with some COD internal inquiries. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely. Each team member must be available to cross-train in other COD tasks and be prepared to help where needed to ensure that customers continue to receive superior COD service.

Responsibilities:

  • Matching debits and credits daily.
  • Follow up with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Contact centers daily by email and by phone when needed to resolve open items.
  • Work with centers to resolve irregular payments.
  • Decision making by prioritizing workload to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

  • Technologist or Professional in Administrative Careers.
  • 6 months of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced English (80%).

Other Details:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Grade: 008.
  • Modality: Hybrid. (In office for the first 3 months)
  • Availability to work on holidays.
