The Program Analyst is responsible for managing end‑to‑end operational performance for assigned internal customers. This role acts as the primary operational contact, ensuring flawless daily execution, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across order management, fulfillment, logistics, and service levels. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional coordination, and a customer‑focused mindset.

This is an onsite role in our Mt Juliet TN facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Serve as the primary operational lead and point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers, internal teams, and cross‑functional partners
  • Translate customer requirements into executable operational plans and ensure on‑time delivery
  • Monitor daily operations including order flow, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, and returns
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as SLA compliance, cycle times, order accuracy, throughput, and quality metrics
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to address performance gaps
  • Manage escalations with urgency, clarity, and strong business judgment
  • Partner with supply chain, warehousing, technical operations, finance, and quality teams to resolve operational blockers
  • Support capacity planning, forecasting, and resource alignment to meet business growth and seasonal demand
  • Work with data and analytics teams to deliver dashboards, reporting, and customer insights
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives that reduce cost, improve speed, and enhance service
  • Prepare and present performance data, trends, risks, and improvement plans during QBRs/MBRs and leadership reviews
  • Support pricing updates, SOW adherence, cost‑reduction initiatives, and operational budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and operational standards

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, account management, logistics, or related functions (level dependent)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and collaborate across cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication, customer‑facing, and relationship‑building skills
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments (technology, consumer electronics, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
  • Demonstrated success improving customer satisfaction and operational performance

Pay Range:

$56,200.00 - $94,100.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
