The Role:  At CI, our Business Operations and Transformation team is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and driving performance across our global organization. We are committed to delivering actionable insights that empower our clients to make strategic decisions.

As the Global Head of Business Partnering for CI, you will lead the interpretation of diverse Business Line and Shared Capability needs, and define innovative, scalable solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Your strategic vision and continuous improvement mindset will be crucial in steering the function towards its future state, ensuring alignment with S&P Global CI's long-term goals. 

The Team: The Business Operations and Transformation team at CI is a dynamic and innovative group that plays a crucial role in driving performance across our global organization. The team is dedicated to delivering insights that empower clients to make informed decisions. Responsibilities and Impact

  • Shape the overall Business Line and Shared Capability learning strategy for S&P Global CI, ensuring alignment with business objectives, working with Regional, Business Line, and Shared Capability Learning leads.

  • Build trusted relationships with Business Line and Shared Capability leaders to prioritize and address evolving development needs across regions.

  • Work with the CI Learning Design Studio to design and deliver innovative learning interventions that respond to the dynamic business landscape.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain S&P Global CI’s leadership in learning and development strategies.

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to create, implement, and measure the impact of learning programs, ensuring optimal stakeholder solutions.

  • Build team capability across the learning lifecycle and report regularly to senior stakeholders.

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous.

  • Extensive experience in business operations, transformation, and learning strategy, preferably in a global organization.

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to drive change and innovation.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and regions.

  • Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry or a similar sector is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a global context.

  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative learning and development solutions.

  • Strong ability to influence and engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
