Job Description:

SAP BRIM Associate Partner Consultant: Remote with Occasional travel :

Please note:  The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Persons. 

Job Functions:

  • As a SAP BRIM Functional Consultant, you will lead teams responsible for full life-cycle implementation of SAP systems. You will work directly with customers to document business requirements, configure and test systems, train system users, and provide support through system startup. You will look beyond the boundaries of the application product to see business benefit in bolt-on solutions, custom solutions, and systems integration potential.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with consultants, advisors, and experts to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their technology challenges, and contributing to solutions.
  • Contribute to client presentations and proposal development.
  • Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis workshops, gathering process redesign and system requirements.
  • Develop interface and data conversion requirements, noting capabilities and limitations.
  • Identify test cases and develop requirements traceability details.
  • Configure and test SAP systems.
  • Train key system users
  • Participate in system cutover activities, supporting data migration and transition to new systems.
  • Support system startup through root cause analysis and issue remediation.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in SAP BRIM, with a minimum of 3+ years consulting
  • Experience in at least 2 of the 4 BRIM core components (subscription order management, convergent charging, convergent invoicing, contract accounts receivable and payable)
  • Experience with government billing requirements, such as earned value management (EVM)
  • Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects
  • Deep understanding of agile best practices; SAP Activate, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum 
  • Excellent communication skills across different cultures and seniority levels 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is preferred.

Work Environment: 

  • At this time, you may be required to travel up to 40% as part of the job function.

 

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
