Caterpillar’s Building Construction Products facility at Desford is dedicated to the assembly of small construction machines, typically used on building and construction sites - Backhoe Loaders and Compact Wheel Loaders. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Work on exciting and meaningful projects as an engineer  

  • Develop products and services that help fulfil society’s basic needs – such as shelter, clean water, education, and reliable energy – in a sustainable way.

What You Will Have: 

  • A completed bachelors or master's degree in engineering or related fields 

  • Desire to return to the world of Engineering 

What We Offer:  

  • Salary: £ 45,400 - 56,600 annually 

  • Annual bonus
