As a Junior Functional Support Analyst, your tasks and goals will include:

• Technical and functional Level 0 and 1 support of the global SCIB platform both onsite and remote.
• Reception, prioritization, investigation, escalation and resolution of incidents.
• Critical Alerts monitoring.
• Knowledge in the areas of Linux Systems Administration, with skills in resolving issues on production systems, leading the efforts of research and documentation of solutions.
• Linux Systems Administration from the command line. Tunning, System Analysis, Scripting language programming (Shell).
• E2E Batch SCIB support in Market Closings for Europe, USA and Latin America units (Asset Control, Murex Loads, distributions to LAGO, GBO, AIRE systems for VAR and P&L publication).
• Direct support to Risk Market Data Madrid, troubleshooting.
• Support DATA LAKE applications
• Experience in ITIL framework
• Basic knowledge of Airflow, Dynatrace, ControlM and BPM
