Job Description:

   

We are looking for ONELead Program Operations & Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team!

ONELead is an internal HPE program that drives order growth by enabling customer facing employees to submit new business opportunities (leads) to HPE Sales representatives.

The ONELead Program Operations & Continuous Improvement Lead plays a critical role within the ONELead PMO team, driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across the global lead generation program. This role combines business operations expertise with strong project management and process optimization capabilities to ensure end-to-end program delivery - from lead creation through incentive payout.

How you will make your mark:

  • Drive day-to-day operational execution and coordination of the global ONELead program across multiple stakeholders and geos/regions
  • Support program governance activities by ensuring alignment, consistency, and transparency to defined operational standards and processes
  • Lead and coordinate smaller-scale internal projects and operational initiatives focused on improving program effectiveness and user experience
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational pain points; design and implement streamlined workflows that reduce complexity
  • Analyze operational data, trends, and stakeholder feedback to recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance experience for program participants
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, governance materials, process maps, and program communications


About you:

  • Bachelor’s university degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years in Project Management/Business Operations roles
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods/practices
  • Advanced business process knowledge
  • AI & Automation knowledge/experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactiveness and assertiveness
  • Solution oriented
  • Financial acumen
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project/program management certification considered a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification considered a plus
  • Experience developing Power Automate solutions and workflows considered a plus
  • Experience driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives preferred
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
