Analyst (Tier 2) - Identity Governance
Location: Krakow, Poland (Remote)
Shift: This is a remote, Poland -based role working a second shift with a rotational third shift 7-3 CST.
Work Environment: Most work is performed Mon-Fri virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support.
Job Summary
The Analyst (Tier 2) - Identity Governance is an intermediate role within the IAM Governance team, focused on supporting access certifications, governance processes, and audit requirements. This role requires working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, attention to detail in evidence collection, and strong collaboration with senior governance staff. This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Access Certification Execution Support setup and execution of access reviews, reminders, and escalations.
Governance Process Support - Assist in governance initiatives, compliance checks, and control monitoring.
Audit Preparation Collect and organize evidence for internal and external audit requests.
Team Collaboration Work with Senior and Analyst III roles to support governance deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of IT security, IAM, or compliance-related experience.
Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ required.
Familiarity with access governance processes (certifications, SoD, access policies).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to follow structured governance processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English language proficiency required.
