An Operational PMO is required to oversee project governance and enhance operations for both client and internal projects. Responsibilities include process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and preparing reports aligned with business objectives. The Program Manager (PMO) - Strategy, Planning, and Communications in Accenture Marketing Operations (Mumbai) will lead program development and execution, manage relationships, and ensure operational efficiency.
This role involves developing and maintaining program management trackers, documenting meeting notes, managing reports and dashboards, supporting onboarding and hiring activities, and facilitating townhalls.
An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 7+ years experience in program, client relationship, and operations management
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Ability to work from office 5 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management & Leadership Support
• Develop and execute programs for stakeholders, including strategy, planning, and communications.
• Oversee project notes, action trackers, leadership diaries, and maintain comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resource allocation).
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Client Engagement
• Manage client relationships, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Support client visits and coordinate townhalls, bootcamps, and trainings.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Operations & Reporting
• Manage operations, including developing and maintaining program management trackers, creating meeting notes, managing reports, and supporting onboarding and hiring activities.
• Introduce and manage governance frameworks and risk tracking mechanisms.
• Support preparation of operational reports and monitor program performance, identifying areas for improvement to ensure program goals and objectives are met

Recognition & Culture
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain accountability for PMO activities such as tracking mandatory client trainings, roster and distribution list maintenance, system requests, and client visits
