Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Microsoft SCCM Administrator: Must have skills: Microsoft technologies such as SCCM, Adaptiva, Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy. Good to have skills: In-depth knowledge of SCCM & Adaptiva architecture, components, and features (Software Updates, OSD, Inventory Management, Reporting, etc.). Years of experience: Relevant experience 6-8 years, total experience more than 8 years Roles & Responsibilities: • Implement, configure, and maintain Adaptiva products, such as OneSite, ClientHealth, and Endpoint Management, to ensure seamless distribution of software packages, patches, and updates across a large enterprise environment. • Work closely with SCCM administrators to integrate Adaptiva with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for efficient software delivery, operating system deployments, and patch management. • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint health and performance, leveraging Adaptiva ClientHealth for remediation and reporting of issues. • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of Adaptiva solutions, ensuring scalability, high availability, and minimal impact on end-user experience. • Manage and automate the process of distributing patches and updates to devices using Adaptiva, ensuring compliance and security across the organization. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Adaptiva configuration, deployments, processes, and troubleshooting steps. • Provide regular reports to IT management on system health, software distribution status, and endpoint compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Security, Network Operations, and End-User Support to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions. • Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Oversee the design, configuration, and management of SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. • Manage the configuration, deployment, and patch management processes using SCCM and Adaptiva. • Support large-scale application deployments, OS imaging, and operating system upgrades. • Troubleshoot complex SCCM and Adaptiva issues, ensuring timely resolution of service interruptions. • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Servers). • Proficient in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, batch files, etc.) for software deployment and endpoint management. • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in diagnosing complex technical issues. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other enterprise IT tools. • Design, create, and package software applications for deployment using Microsoft SCCM. Ensure packages are compliant with internal standards and best practices for deployment. • Test all packages in a controlled environment to verify their functionality, compatibility, and compliance. Ensure that applications deploy without issues to end users and troubleshoot any problems with the deployment process. • Configure and deploy applications, patches, and updates across enterprise systems using SCCM. Monitor and manage the deployment process, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution. • Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, batch scripts) to support package creation, deployment, and remediation tasks. • Managing team and giving guidance to the junior team members. • Strong knowledge in the ITIL process such as Change Management and Problem management • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Willingness to work in a 24 * 7 Environment on rotational shifts • Document administration processes/procedures to ensure optimal levels of support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong understanding of system maintenance and support. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Knowledge of server and network areas. - Hands-on experience in implementing technology solutions. - Familiarity with operating system-level configurations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
