Junior Analyst, Strategic Finance & Operations - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at GoTo

Your Day to Day
As a Junior Analyst, Strategic Finance & Operations you will be working on:
Assist in executing strategic initiatives by conducting financial analysis, creating models, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-led project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Monitor KPIs to report on initiative success and assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management that highlight financial analysis and project outcomes.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies, while supporting business process documentation, workflows, and driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical tools.
What We’re Looking For
As a Junior Analyst, Strategic Finance & Operations your background will look like:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, business strategy, or project management (internships considered).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Ability to interpret and summarize complex data to communicate clear, actionable insights effectively through excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities while demonstrating accountability by proactively identifying issues and opportunities for enhancement.
A forward thinking individual, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring that problems are promptly identified and addressed while adapting to changes within the organization based on business needs and project priorities.
