Essential Responsibilities
Drive the analysis of value stream performance through WIP, TAT, throughput, output, schedule attainment, and KPI trends, identifying performance gaps, constraints, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across the Aero JV Avenza site.
Support the definition, implementation, and sustainment of operational policies, performance standards, and control principles aimed at improving flow performance.
Develop, implement, and sustain operational monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide clear visibility into process performance and execution.
Conceive and mockup data analysis models and reporting dashboards leveraging Excel, Python scripts, Smartsheet or other prototyping tools, and partner with DT to develop the scaled development on Tableau, or other company business intelligence applications, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve business metrics, standards, and KPIs, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, ownership.
Lead the measurement, validation, and reporting cadence for KPIs and operational metrics, supporting regular operating reviews with site leadership and key stakeholders.
Support structured problem-solving efforts aligned to business priorities and performance improvement initiatives, focusing on systemic constraints and cross-functional root causes rather than point solutions.
Partner with JV function to current-state and future-state mapping of informational, transactional, and operational processes, driving redesign initiatives to simplify, standardize, digitize, and improve process effectiveness, and developing tools whereas necessary partnering with DT as needed.
Drive process improvements based on data analysis, business priorities, and operational evidence, with the objective of improving execution discipline, process efficiency, and throughput performance.
Support the definition, prioritization, and execution of improvement programs and action plans to achieve key business objectives and enable sustainable growth.
Contribute to lessons learned, action follow-up, and continuous improvement planning to strengthen organizational learning and process maturity.
Support Kaizen initiatives by providing data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and follow-up on actions and outcomes, in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Team.
Contribute to the execution of the continuous improvement roadmap by leading or coordinating initiatives focused on operational performance and process optimization.
Apply project and program management disciplines to ensure effective planning, prioritization, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of improvement initiatives.
Provide site leadership with regular performance reviews, trend analyses, action plans, and recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making.
Support the definition of performance targets and tracking mechanisms in alignment with site and business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, KPI/reporting development, operational performance management, and process improvement within an industrial, operational, or business environment.
Strong proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, and other reporting or business intelligence tools for dashboard development, data analysis, and performance tracking.
Demonstrated experience in structured problem solving, process mapping, process redesign, and KPI governance.
Solid experience in project and/or program management, with the ability to coordinate initiatives, manage priorities, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
Desired Characteristics
Experience working in partnership with Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Digital Technology, or cross-functional business teams.
Knowledge of WIP management, turnaround time control, throughput optimization, bottleneck analysis, Theory of Constraints, Lean, Six Sigma.
Strong analytical mindset, including the ability to manage large data sets, validate data accuracy, and translate complex information into clear business insights and actions.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
Self-directed and results-oriented, with a strong focus on process discipline, performance visibility, standardization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
