We’re looking for an Agile Lead to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract as we transform energy. If you're someone who thrives on coaching Agile teams who build MVPs and preparing them for the big league, we're looking for you. The role is all about supporting our people to build brilliant products. You will play a critical role in supporting our Agile Coach to help Product Squads and Chapter Leads throughout the product lifecycle. You will guide and coach teams on Agile principles and practices. You will be part of the engineering function, reporting to the Agile Coach, but work closely with all roles across our Product Squads (product, design& engineering).
 

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Agile Coach in working with our Engineering Squads on how to be more transparent in their ways of working and improve their predictability, while allowing them to remain as autonomous as possible

  • Working with the Agile Coach on how to scale and develop our Agile model as we scale in size

  • Identifying anti-patterns and be able to deliver feedback and help teams with exploring solutions

  • Sharing experience and best practice in an effective manner

  • Identify and develop the most effective and light-weight processes possible

Are we the perfect match?

  • 3+years experience working in digital environments

  • 2+years in supporting individual teams in agile environments (such as a ScrumMaster, Agile leader, PM etc.)

  • 2+years experience with Asana, Jira any other agile tooling

  • Ability to engage and build effective relationships with team members

  • Good coaching and mentoring skills
